How Do I Place An Order?

All pieces are made to order. Designs can be tailored to your specific requirements. Please contact Margaret to discuss your requirements.

Order Times and Delivery

Order times will be agreed when you place your order. They will generally be around 30 days.

All orders are sent insured by Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery Service. The cost of this is included in the price of each item.

Payment

Payment can be made by PayPal. There is a payment button against each item on the products page

Returns & Refunds

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase but if, for any reason, you wish to return an item purchased from Margaret Passmore, please contact margaret.passmore@btinternet.com. Items must be returned in their original condition (unless faulty), in original packaging and within seven days of receipt. It is recommended that all returned items are sent fully insured by Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery Service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Items should be sent to 2 Old Stables House, Blair Castle, Culross, Fife KY12 8JW. A full refund or exchange will be given for items returned as detailed above.
